Liability and Damages:

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling of balloon or other installation services must be communicated to us in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date may incur additional charges or forfeiture of the deposit.
