These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of balloon decoration services ("Services") by us ("the Company") to you ("the Customer"). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Scope of Services:

The Company agrees to provide balloon decoration services as agreed upon with the Customer.

Photography and Use of Work:

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company reserves the right to take photographs of the completed work and use them for promotional purposes on the Company's website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

The Customer grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the photographs for promotional purposes.

Time Limit for Refunds:

The Customer may cancel or amend the booking up to 14 days before the scheduled service date without incurring any charges.

After this time limit, cancellations or amendments may result in the forfeiture of any deposit paid or incur additional charges, at the discretion of the Company.

Deposit:

A deposit of 10% is required to secure the booking.

The deposit serves to reserve the Company's services and resources for the specified date and time and is non-transferable.

In the event of cancellation by the Customer, the deposit will be refunded minus any charges incurred by the Company.

Hired Items:

Any items provided by the Company on a hire basis, such as balloons, equipment, or decorative elements, remain the property of the Company at all times.

The Customer agrees to use the hired items responsibly and to return them to the Company in their original condition within 2 days following the completion of the event.

Any loss, damage, or failure to return hired items may result in additional charges to the Customer, at the discretion of the Company.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of cancellation by the Customer after the commencement of the Services, no refunds will be provided. The Company strives to deliver high-quality balloon decoration services customised to the Customer's requirements. However, if the Customer expresses dissatisfaction with the outcome due to reasons such as aesthetic preferences, colour variations, or design discrepancies, following installation and after the event has taken place, refunds shall not be granted if the Company was not given an opportunity to make reasonable adjustments beforehand, provided such adjustments do not require significant changes to the installation that were not initially prepared or equipped for. 

The Customer acknowledges that the Company may have incurred costs and allocated resources in preparation for the scheduled service date.

No Refunds for Delay:

The Company shall not be liable for any delays or lateness in the provision of Services due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. No refunds shall be provided for delays or lateness.

No Refunds for Measurements:

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications for chair covers, table covers, or any other items requiring custom fitting. The Company shall not be liable for ill-fitting covers resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the Customer. No refunds shall be provided in such cases.

No Refunds for Weather, Disaster's or Venue Restrictions:

The Customer acknowledges that outdoor events are subject to weather conditions or events beyond the control of the Company. In the event of adverse weather conditions or venue restrictions that prevent the full execution of the agreed-upon Services, no refunds shall be provided.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the chosen venue allows for the installation of balloon decorations and any other specified elements. The Company shall not be liable for any venue restrictions that prevent the full execution of the Services. No refunds shall be provided in such cases.

Customer Responsibilities:

The Customer agrees to communicate all relevant information, including venue details, event timings, and any specific requirements, to the Company in a timely manner.

The Customer acknowledges that communication during the installation process is crucial to achieving the desired outcome. The Customer agrees to be available for communication and consultation during the installation to ensure the best result on the day of the event.

Payment Terms:

Payment for the Services, including any applicable deposit, must be made in full prior to the scheduled service date unless otherwise agreed upon by the Company.

The Customer agrees to pay any outstanding balance promptly upon receipt of an invoice from the Company.

Liability:

The Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use or misuse of the Services or any hired items.

The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Customer's use of the Services or hired items.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.

Amendment and Termination:

The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company's website.
