Scope:

This policy applies to all bespoke/personalised products and services offered by us to our customers.

Personalisation Process:

Bespoke/personalised products and services include but are not limited to custom designs, text, imagery, and specifications provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and correct spelling, wording, and imagery for personalised items at the time of ordering.

Proofing and Approval:

Customers have the opportunity to review and approve the design, text, and specifications of personalised products before production begins.

We provide digital proofs or mock-ups for customer review and approval to ensure accuracy and satisfaction with the final product.

Customer Responsibility:

Customers acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and suitability of the bespoke/personalised information provided for their orders.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the spelling, grammar, punctuation, and correctness of any text or imagery submitted for personalisation.

No Refund Policy:

Once production of bespoke/personalised products or services has commenced, orders are considered final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for personalised items unless they are damaged upon receipt.

Exceptions:

In the event of errors, defects, or discrepancies in bespoke/personalised products or services caused by our production process or materials, we will promptly address and rectify the issue at no additional cost to the customer.

Customers must notify us of any concerns or discrepancies regarding bespoke/personalised items within 2 days of receiving their order.

Cancellation and Modifications:

Requests for cancellations, modifications, or changes to bespoke/personalised orders must be made before production begins.

Once production has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible, and customers may be subject to additional charges or fees.

Policy Acknowledgment:

By placing an order for bespoke/personalised products or services with us, customers acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Customers understand that failure to provide accurate and correct information for bespoke/personalised may result in errors or discrepancies in the final product for which we are not liable.
